Returns / Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it. All we ask is that you return the goods within 14 days for a full refund. All items must be in the same state as they arrived- unworn, with the designer tags still attached and in the same packaging it arrived in. For online orders, you have 7 days to return or exchange Sale items. For all Sale item bought in-store then we can only offer an exchange.
IN-STORE RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Please retain your email receipt with your order number and we can return/exchange items for you. If you do not have this then we can only offer an exchange only. You have 14 days for fully priced items to get a refund and 7 days for sale. Sale items are exchange only.
ONLINE RETURNS/ EXCHANGE
Please send an email to email@example.com to start the process of the refund/exchange, if you which for an exchange please state what you would to exchange the item for, so we can hold the items for you.
Please mark on the shipping invoice the items you have returned.
We will start processing the payment for the refund upon receipt of the goods. Please allow around 5 days for the money to be refunded back into your account. In some circumstances it can take up to 14 days depending on your payment method.
All returns are for the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipment. We advise that you obtain and keep the proof of shipping and where possible we recommend using a signed for service.
