Returns / Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it. All we ask is that you return the goods within 14 days for a full refund and 28 days for an exchange . All items must be in the same state as they arrived- unworn, with the designer tags still attached and in the same packaging it arrived in. For Sale items this is 7 days for an exchange.
IN-STORE RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Please retain your email receipt with your purchase number and we can return/exchange items for you. If you do not have this then it is exchange only.
Please send an email to email@example.com to start the process of the refund/exchange so we can send you a shipment label to return the goods (UK only).
Please also let us know why you would like to return the item by filling in the refund/exchange invoice that has been sent with your order.
We will start processing the payment for the refund upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse. Please allow around 5 days for the money to be refunded back into your account. In some circumstances it can take up to 14 days depending on your payment method.
All returns in the UK will be free and the shipment label will be sent to you via email.
For returns outside the UK it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for return shipment. We advise that you obtain and keep the proof of shipping.
Once we have received the items we will send the revised order the same day using the same shipment method that you chose in the original order. You will not be charged for this shipment charge.
